Refund Policy

1. Return Period

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return unopened Meta Nord Source products for a full refund under Australian Consumer Law and EU Distance Selling Regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. Condition for Returns

Products must be:

• Unopened in original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For food supplement safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return or restocking.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product:

2. Provide your order details and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return shipping instructions
4. Ship the unopened package back to us

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• The product was not as described
• The product does not match the order

In these cases, return shipping will be covered by Greeneadetoxon.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process a full refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to:

• Your original payment method, or
• As a credit on your next order

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged or the product is defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos
• We will arrange a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund
• Return shipping will be covered by us

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products outside the 14-day return window

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
